―― History
Since our founding in 1947, our company has been manufacturing wonton skins, gyoza skins, and spring roll skins, delivering them to your dining tables. We continue to pursue the beloved taste, texture, and ease of use that our customers cherish, deliberately adhering to traditional methods.
―― Looking Ahead
As we strive to meet your needs with convenient and long-lasting frozen foods, we have established a state-of-the-art freezing line focused on eco-friendly refrigeration systems. We are now producing frozen wontons and frozen cheese rolls, using domestically sourced rice flour for the skins, and carefully crafted fillings that offer satisfying taste and texture.
Our aim is to remain a staple at your dining table, both now and in the future.
Tokyo Wonton Honpo's products are made exclusively from high-quality wheat flour and domestic rice flour, which have been meticulously selected. To meet customer requirements, we manufacture with wheat and rice flour sourced domestically for greater safety and security. By adjusting the blend of wheat flour and rice flour, the primary ingredients of the skins, we can tailor the ease of wrapping and texture. Additionally, our extensive experience and expertise enable us to produce skins solely with domestic rice flour.
By carefully mixing small quantities of wheat flour and rice flour, which are difficult to blend, we can provide high-quality products.
We implement precise temperature control of the manufacturing process using state-of-the-art equipment. By rapidly freezing at the critical zone of -1 to -5°C, we prevent the breakdown of food structure, ensuring that our products remain delicious even after defrosting.
We have obtained the FSSC22000 certification, an international standard for food safety management systems. To enhance food safety and strengthen trust with our customers, we are committed to rigorous food safety management. We deliver high-quality products that are safe and secure.
To ensure product safety, we have implemented X-ray and metal detection systems across all production lines, stringently controlling against foreign object contamination.
